MONROE COUNTY, Tenn. — Brian Keith Hodge from Madisonville has been indicted and arrested following the investigation of a sexual assault complaint, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
On Sept. 5, TBI special agents began investigating the complaint of a sexual assault that took place on Aug. 24, TBI said. During the investigation, special agents developed information that Hodge had committed sexual battery against a person at the Monroe County Emergency Medical Service Station in Madisonville.
Hodge has been charged with one count of sexual battery and taken into custody at the Monroe County jail. His bond has been set at $10,000, according to TBI.
