KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Two men are wounded after shooting each other during a heated argument Tuesday night, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
At around 9:50 p.m., officers responded to the Adelade Apartment complex where they found a 26-year-old man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.
Around the same time, officers responded to the Sutters Mill Apartments in West Knoxville, where they found another man suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, according to police.
An investigation from KPD revealed that both men were shot at Sutters Mill.
KPD said the two men were involved in a "heated domestic-related confrontation" when they both shot each other. According to police, one of the men is the boyfriend and the other is the ex-boyfriend of a woman who lives at Sutters Mill
KPD found and confiscated three different firearms.
At this time, no charges have been filed against both men. This investigation is ongoing.
