CROSSVILLE, Tenn. — A teacher is facing a reckless endangerment charge after threatening his students Thursday morning, according to the Crossville Police Department.
According to the police, the investigation started after a parent reported the threats to the school resource officer. CPD found that James Green made the threats and was arrested without incident.
CPD said there were approximately 14 students in the classroom when the incident happened. No injuries were reported.
The Cumberland County School Board responded by suspending Green and barring him from entering the school.
