The Roane County Sheriff's Office said Oscar Livingston Jr., 38, faces two counts of simple assault. It also said no juveniles were injured.

ROANE COUNTY, Tenn. — The Roane County Sheriff's Office said a man is facing charges after he was accused of reaching through a fence Friday night during a Rockwood football game to grab two juveniles.

The sheriff's office said the two female juveniles reported to a school resource officer that a man was outside the fence behind the visitors' bleachers. The sheriff's office said the man had reached through the fencing and grabbed one by the arm and tried to grab the other.

It said he let go of the juvenile when she pulled away. He was later caught running through a nearby neighborhood and was identified as Oscar Livingston Jr. He was charged with two counts of simple assault.

Neither juvenile was injured. Authorities also said nothing suggested he knew either of the juveniles. He was arraigned and his bond was set at $20,000, according to the sheriff's office.
