KCSO: 7th-grade student taken into custody in Powell for threats of mass violence

The Knox County Sheriff's Office said the seventh-grader was taken into custody on Feb. 26.

POWELL, Tenn. — The Knox County Sheriff's Office said a seventh-grader was taken into custody on Feb. 26 in the Powell area for making threats of mass violence.

The student was taken into custody by KCSO Juvenile Detectives, according to KCSO.
