Two men are now in custody after an incident in Sevier County on Friday. 27-year-old Zachary Cushman and 42-year-old Kenneth Barnett, both of Sevierville have been charged with possession of prohibited weapons and possession of a firearm during the commission of a deadly felony.
Cushman was also charged with unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Barnett was also charged with a window tin violation.
Both are currently being held in the Sevier County. Jail.

Sevierville police say multiple possible explosive devices have been 'rendered safe' after the intersection of Boyds Creek Highway and Highway 66 was closed out of caution during a traffic stop.
Boyds Creek Road was reopened shortly after 10:30 p.m.
According to Bob Stahlke with the City of Sevierville, an officer pulled a vehicle over at the Pilot convenience store around 6 p.m. at the intersection of Boyd's Creek Highway and Highway 66.
SPD Captain Sam Hinson said the officer pulled the vehicle over for a window tint violation when they found drugs, several weapons and possible explosive devices in plain view. Upon further investigation they found three functioning pipe bombs and two handguns.
Multiple officers responded and closed off the area, and the bomb squad was called to the scene. The Pilot gas station was evacuated and a section of Boyd's Creek Highway s was closed.
SPD said the Knoxville Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives was notified.
A robot was sent in to retrieve the devices, and the Sevier County EOD unit was able to render them safe.
"In this case, it certainly appears that these are legitimate explosive devices, but again, I want to stress that is under investigation. We do not know the contents. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our officers and the public," Hinson said.
The ATF is currently investigating.
