KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Knoxville police arrested a Lenoir City man wanted for second-degree murder in Roane County.
According to the Knoxville Police Department, officers arrested Matthew Scott, 38, in the parking lot of the Extended Stay Cedar Bluff at 214 Langley Place.
Officers booked Scott into the Roger D. Wilson Detention Facility.
