BELL COUNTY, Ky. — A man in Kentucky was arrested Saturday morning on second-degree rape charges involving a child, according to officials.
They said that Brian Keith Hopkins, 44, was arrested around 8:50 a.m. on Saturday. He is charged with having sex with a 12-year-old child and was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center, according to a release from officials.
In the charges, officials said that there was no force. Hopkins is being held on a $250,000 bond, officials said.
