A Maynardville man who raped a child in Union County was sentenced to 95 years in prison.
Ricky Breeden was sentenced Monday, according to a release from the Union County Criminal Court.
Back in June, a Union County jury found Breeden guilty of three counts of rape of a child and two counts of aggravated sexual battery.
Several state and local agencies, including the Union County Sheriff's Office and Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, worked together to make the case happen.
The Union County Children’s Center, Children’s Center of the Cumberlands, and Department of Children’s Services were also an integral part of the investigation and trial.
