ALCOA, Tenn. — Update (1/3): The Alcoa Police Department said it captured a man wanted for armed robbery.
Robert Wiseman was taken into custody and linked to two aggravated armed robberies, including one on Dec. 29, according to APD.
Wiseman has also been connected to multiple other crimes in the area, APD said.

The Alcoa Police Department said it was searching for a suspect after an armed robbery from a business on Dec. 29.
According to a post on social media, the suspect used a black handgun to rob the business, demanding money at gunpoint. Authorities said he left the area in a black SUV, which authorities was no longer involved in the incident as of Friday night but had been used in the robbery.
In images shared by APD, the suspect was wearing a hooded camouflaged jacket and jeans during the robbery.
