KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Hundreds of people are asking for an outdoor skating rink in Knoxville.
The group "Skate Knoxville" started a petition with the hope of bringing an outdoor skating pavilion to the area.
The group said many existing skate areas cater more to skateboarders and flat areas are limited for skate dancers or in-line skaters.
