Waldorf Chicken Salad

Melissa Graves offers a taste of Spring, with her Waldorf Chicken Salad.
Waldorf Chicken Salad

3 cups cooked chicken chopped

1/2 cup relish

1 cup mayo

1 cup chopped grapes

1 cup chopped apples, mixed with a tsp. of lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Stir together and enjoy on raisin bread, tossed salad or crackers

For low carb version:

2 cups chicken salad

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 TBS fresh dill or a dill mix

1 avocado chopped

Mix together and enjoy!
