• Cinnamon Sugar Paste •
INGREDIENTS MEASUREMENTS
Brown Sugar 1 1/2 Cups
Margarine (Softened) 1 Cup
Cinnamon 2 Tablespoons
PROCEDURE
1) Gather all ingredients and mix by hand, making sure all ingredients are evenly mixed
2) Place in a pastry tube

INGREDIENTS MEASUREMENTS
Pancake Batter 4-6 inch Cakes
Cinnamon Sugar Paste as needed
Pecans 4 oz or to taste
Cream Cheese Icing as needed
PROCEDURE
1) Drop pancakes on grill/pan in a 4 to 6″ size
2) After 1 minute, squeeze Cinnamon Sugar Paste on pancakes in a spiral.
3) Sprinkle half of Chopped Pecans over all cakes, and continue cooking for approximately 1 minute.
4) Flip Cakes, and cook for about 2 minutes or until done
5) When removing cakes from grill, place onto plate with the spirals facing upward.
6) Sprinkle remaining chopped pecans over entire plate.
7) Drizzle cream cheese icing in a "zig zag" motion over entire order of cakes
NOTE: DO NOT PLACE CINNAMON PASTE IN PANCAKES UNTIL THEY
HAVE COOKED FOR AT LEAST A MINUTE, OR THE PASTE WILL TURN THE CAKES INTO MUSH,
AND TRY TO FLIP BEFORE PASTE STARTS TO MELT. THIS WILL MAKE FOR A BETTER PRESENTATION.
