Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs - beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 X 13 pan. In a medium saucepan over low heat melt butter and brown sugar. Remove from heat and add eggs & vanilla. Stir until well combined. Add flour, baking powder, & salt. Combine well and stir in pecans. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
