8 ounces white American cheese, at room temperature
1/4 cup half and half
1 tablespoon butter
1 can Rotel, lightly drained
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch of cayenne, optional
Salt to taste
In a small, heavy saucepan, heat cheese, milk and butter until melted.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve with chips of choice.
