Makes 8- 4 oz patties
2 each Eggs
½ cup Green onions, sliced
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
½ cup Mayonnaise
Pinch Salt
Pinch White Pepper
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Lb. Trout Filet, cooked
• Combine all ingredients, shape into patties
• Cook on flat top griddle until golden brown on both sides and heated all the way through.
