To Prepare 4 Submarine Sandwiches:
Buffalo Sauce
2 ounces Frank's Red Hot Sauce
2 ounces Melted butter (olive oil optional)
1 tsp chopped garlic or garlic powder
Optional:
2 ounces honey
Pinch or two crushed red pepper
1 ½ pounds Cooked Chicken [Breast ( cut into strips) or Pulled Chicken]
8- ½ ounce slices Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Ounces Jalapeno Ranch Dressing
4 Ounces Buffalo Sauce
4 Submarine Rolls (Whole Grain optional)
Garlic Butter Spray or garlic w/olive oil or Garlic Butter
Combine hot sauce, butter, garlic and honey along with red pepper if using. Toss with chicken. Spread dressing on sub rolls, top with chicken and cheese. Heat until cheese melts
