4 Medium tomatoes
1/2 Onion
1-2 tsp. Chopped cilantro
1 Jalapeno
1 tsp. Salt
Peel, core and quarter your tomatoes. Clean and quarter onion. Add to food processor along with cilantro, jalapeno and salt. Pulse a few times, check for desired consistency and clean sides of processor, making sure all ingredients are being pulsed. Entire time of pulsing should not be more than 30 seconds for chunky salsa.
Variations: Add more and different peppers for spice / heat. You may also pulse to the puree stage if desired.
