1 lb smoked ham cut into 1" cubes
1/2 cup mayo
3 T. sweet relish
Dash of hot sauce
2 stalks of green onions, diced
Pepper
Combine mayo, relish, pepper and hot sauce.
In a food processor, process ham until coarsley chopped. Mix together with the sauce and stir in green onions.
Refrigerate to cool.
