KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Cucumber Salad Bowl
1/2 cucumber cut paper thin
1/2 oz avocado
2 pieces crab stick
1 oz sesame dressing
3 oz spring mixed lettuce
Sliced cucumbers wrapped on crab stick and avocado.
Cut to bite size and laid on top of the salad.
Top with sesame dressing.
