3 cups arugula
¼ cup sliced onion
1 beet, thinly sliced
1/4 cup pecans, halved
1/8 cup feta cheese
1 oz raspberry vinaigrette, 1 oz balsamic glaze – mixed--for dressing
Mix all salad ingredients, then drizzle with dressing.
