KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Apple Bread Pudding
TOPPING:
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 TBS milk
Whisk together and set aside
Preheat oven to 350.
FOR BREAD PUDDING:
In a large mixing bowl combine:
1 loaf stale bread or biscuits cubed
1 can apples
1/4 cup raisins
3 eggs beaten
1 cup sugar
3 cups milk
1 cup coffee
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and pour into greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 till golden about 30 to 40 minutes.
