Former owners of Naples release restaurant’s popular dishes in new cookbook

Now, you can have the taste of Naples in your own kitchen.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn — For decades, Naples Italian Restaurant in West Knoxville served up hot Italian food and warm memories.

A year after Naples closed its doors for good, its former owners, Bob and Becky Luper, are bringing the establishment’s popular dishes to your kitchen through a new cookbook called ‘Bob and Becky’s Restaurant Recipes.’

“I think it’ll bring back a lot of memories for people who were there on Valentine’s Day, New Year’s, birthdays, graduations, and just special occasions. I think it helps us connect with them and all the great memories we have of this place,” Becky Luper said.

The book includes favorites like Chicken Picatta as well as stories about the staff who worked there throughout the years.

Several local bookstores carry it, including Union Ave. Books in Downtown Knoxville that is currently offering delivery and curbside pick-up.
