KODAK, Tenn. — Update (9/23/19): The Tennessee Smokies baseball team announced they have been reunited with their grounds dog weeks after it disappeared from the stadium.
The team said Hound Dog made a safe return to Smokies Stadium Monday weeks after its disappearance:
"We are so excited and thankful to announce that Hound Dog has made a safe return to Smokies Stadium! This would not have been possible without the amazing support of our community and fans. Thank you to everyone that helped along the way! WELCOME HOME, HOUND DOG."
Update (9/13/19): The Tennessee Smokies baseball team is still searching for its grounds dog, Hound Dog, but he was spotted Thursday afternoon.
A tweet from the team said Hound Dog was seen in the parking lot of the East TN radio group on 196 W Dumplin Valley Road.

Original (9/10/19): The Tennessee Smokies baseball team is searching for its grounds dog, Hound Dog.
According to a tweet, he disappeared from the stadium and was last seen on Bent Road/Pollard Road and Kodak Road in Kodak.
