SEYMOUR, Tenn. — The weird, the wacky, and the just plain odd. That's what you'll find at Mountain Oddities.
Customers are encouraged to browse whether they buy anything or not. In fact, it could be selfie-central for anyone interested in Halloween horrors all year long.
The novelty store has operated in different locations over the years. Owner Jim Tull moved it to Chapman Highway in Seymour about a year ago.
He buys, sells, and trades oddities from all over the world. He has all kinds of oddities preserved in jars. There's also the mummy bookcase and the leather mermaid. And don't forget the two-headed chicken from China.
Jim Tull will show off some of his other-worldly items August 17 and 18 at AlienXPO at the Knoxville Convention Center.
His wares will also be on display at Creepycon at the Jacob Building in Chilhowee Park.
