Smoked seafood pasta recipe

UT Culinary shows us how to make this delicious meal.

Ingredients:

Shrimp 16/20 Peeled deveined -8ea

Craw fish Tail meat- 6oz

Mussels-8ea

Olive Oil-2oz

Garlic Roasted diced-2oz

Red Bell Peppers- small diced-2oz

Green Peas-2oz

Heavy Cream-8oz

Smoked Sea Salt-1 tea spoon

Crack Black Pepper- 1 teaspoon

Pasta- "Your Choice" Cook al dente- 24 oz cooked weight

Method:

Smoke Listed seafood for 1 hour, reserve keep cool.

In medium Sauce Pan Sauté Garlic thru Green Peas, Add Cream and seafood and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Season to taste with smoked sea salt and fresh cracked Pepper, add pasta and serve as soon as possible.
