KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Chalk art is one way East Tennesseans are sharing hopeful messages as we combat COVID-19.
Unfortunately, the need to practice social distancing has prompted the physical cancellation of many Dogwood Arts Festival events. That includes the annual Chalk Walk, a huge local favorite.
