Friday
Head over to Krutch Park to enjoy Knoxville's Christmas tree lighting ceremony during the Regal Celebration of Lights event from 5:15 to 9 p.m. There will also be live music, free activities, photos with Santa and more.
The East Tennessee Children's Hospital's biggest and annual fundraiser is happening on Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fantasy of Trees brings sparking lights and displays joyous Christmas trees to the entire region.
Saturday
The last UT football home game of the season is taking place on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. The No. 21 Vols will take on Vanderbilt and celebrate Senior Day.
The Old City Market is celebrating Small Business Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the 100 block of West Jackson Avenue.
Sunday
Light Up Lakeshore Park is taking place on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. There will be vendors, food trucks, kids' crafts and lots of lights.
Ijams is hosting a Full Moon Hike from 6 to 8 p.m. This two-hour guided program will focus on learning about the night sky while searching for unique plants, animals and geologic features. General admission is $15.
The Keyboards at Christmas is taking place at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum at 2:30 p.m. Christmas music will be played on six grand pianos, a combo band, a quarter and soloist and flutes. You will also have a chance to sing along.
Monday
UT is hosting a Jazz for Tots concert. This annual concert is used to benefit the Toys for Tots campaign. Concert admission requires one, un-opened toy per person. The concert starts at 7 p.m. in the Natalie Haslam Music Center.
Tuesday
The Knoxville Arts Center is hosting "Junk Journal: Mystery Prompt" from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Fill a sketchbook/journal with everything and anything. A relaxing, thoughtful and fun workshop that will leave you with a thick journal with lots of new art techniques.
Wednesday
Head over to Campbell Station Road at Founders Park as part of the Light the Park event. From dusk to 10 p.m., thousands of holiday lights will twinkle throughout the park.
