GATLINBURG, Tenn. — The Gatlinburg Fantasy of Lights Christmas Parade is ringing in the holiday season with family-friendly festivities. It will kick off on Friday, Dec. 6.
The parade will run from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., starting at the Baskins Creek Bypass and processing throughout downtown Gatlinburg. The event is free and open to the public.
The parade will bring a cheerful procession to downtown Gatlinburg with festive floats, marching bands, holiday balloons and more. There will also be over 1 million LED twinkling lights featured in Gatlinburg's Winter Magic Celebration.
Artists Emily Ann Roberts and Colton Dixon will co-lead the event as this year's grand marshals.
Grandstand VIP seating is available for the parade. Tickets can be purchased at Gatlinburg.com.
Due to its popularity, organizers are encouraging paradegoers to arrive early to secure seating and parking.
