KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Community Band wants to get you in the Christmas spirit!

The all-volunteer band is hosting its annual free Christmas concert this Sunday at the historic Bijou Theatre, the city of Knoxville announced.

The event will include a food drive to benefit FISH Hospitality Pantries, a food pantry that benefits low-income families in the Knoxville area. Attendants at the concert will be collecting unopened and shelf-stable food items.

The band will perform holiday classics such as "A Christmas Festival" by American composer Leroy Anderson and "Christmas Morning (Around the Christmas)" arranged by Gene Milford.

Free parking is available in all city-owned parking garages, all within walking distance of the venue.

The concert begins at 3 p.m.
