KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Avery comes to WBIR and the journalism field after working as a social worker for seven years.
A life-long lover of news, he's excited to start his journalism career in Knoxville!
Avery is a proud alum of the University of Arizona and Syracuse University.
When he's not working, Avery can most likely be found hiking. He also loves learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, watching sports and reading.
