TBI investigating Gatlinburg detective's Ooltewah case testimony
According to a statement from District Attorney General Neal Pinkston, TBI will investigate detective Floyd Rodney Burns for "perjurious testimony related to statements he made during sworn testimony in Hamilton County Juvenile Court."
