OSU head coach Meyer calls Schiano an elite coach at news conference

"I stand by my coach and I just don't know enough and it's not fair to my players to make any more comments than that," Meyer said.

Ohio State's head football coach Urban Meyer held his usual news conference on Monday in Columbus but the Buckeyes weren't the only thing he discussed.

During the question and answer portion of the conference, Meyer was asked about his emotions regarding Greg Schiano and UT calling off plans to make him the next head coach of the Vols.
