Vol For Life Derek Barnett came up clutch in a key moment in Super Bowl LII on Sunday.

Barnett, now a defensive end for the Philadelphia Eagles, recovered a fumble by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady in the fourth quarter, with Philadelphia leading 38-33.

With 2:15 left in regulation, Brady dropped back to pass. Eagles lineman Brandon Graham knocked the ball loose as Brady wound up. Barnett scooped up the ball and fell on it to complete the play.

Philadelphia would go on to win the Super Bowl, 41-33.

The Eagles drafted Barnett out of Tennessee with the 14th overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft. During his three seasons on Rocky Top, Barnett broke Reggie White's sack record, recording a program-best 33.
