Pep rallies are awesome. Pep rallies that feature a police officer dancing perfectly to Beyoncé's "Formation" are awesome-er.
During a recent pep rally at North Stafford High School in Virginia, police officer Deuntay Diggs wowed the crowd with his flawless dance performance.
Of course, videos of his stellar dance moves are capturing the internet's heart.

By the roar from the crowd of screaming and dancing students, I'd say he was a huge hit. According to Mashable, Diggs learned the entire routine the night before the rally.
