George W. Bush voted for neither Clinton nor Trump

George W. Bush did not vote for Donald Trump. And he also did not vote for Hillary Clinton.

George W. Bush did not vote for Donald Trump. And he also did not vote for Hillary Clinton.

A spokesperson for the Bush family, Freddy Ford, told USA TODAY that the 43rd president and former First Lady Laura Bush voted "None of the Above" for President, and went Republican for the rest of the ballot.

Bush's vote became a talking point after Rush Limbaugh said on his talk show that the former president had voted Clinton/Kaine. The conservative commentator issued a correction on his website Tuesday night:

Correction: We've been told by President George W. Bush's office that President Bush did not vote for Hillary Clinton as was reported on today's show. He voted two weeks ago and did not vote for her.

Bush isn't the only Republican to make his presidential pick public. Sen. Lindsey Graham took to Twitter to announce his vote.
