A Cascade County man faces multiple criminal charges stemming from allegations of domestic violence and deviant sexual conduct.

Timothy Allen Weaver, of the Dearborn area, is charged with deviate sexual conduct, solicitation of deviant sexual conduct, sexual abuse of children and assault on a minor, all felonies. He is also charged with misdemeanor partner or family member assault and a separate $250,000 arrest warrant for assault with a weapon also issued. He was expected to make an initial court appearance Monday.

Court documents say Weaver pointed a shotgun at an adult female victim during an argument on Aug. 16. The report from the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office says a second adult female victim witnessed the incident.

One of the victims told deputies Weaver told them to get off the “(expletive) mountain,” indicated he was going to kill himself and doused himself in gasoline in the residence. The report says a female infant and another child were in the home during the incident.

The report says Weaver admitted to forcing the adult female victims to engage in sexually deviant acts against their will, including watching him commit sexual acts with one of his horses. He told an investigator he forced one of the women to engage in sexual behavior with a horse as well, and he may have photographed it.

The report says Weaver said he engages in such behavior to “push the envelope and feel loved.”

A third victim, a 9-year-old girl, reported that Weaver forced her to play “dress-up,” which involved her wearing “short shorts.” One of the adult victims said she was not allowed in the room while this activity was occurring and if she tried to stop Weaver she would “end up in a pile on the floor.”

One of the adult victims said Weaver has choked her until she passed out.

The report says Weaver “admitted to having a sexual attraction to children,” and that deputies would likely find child pornography in his home, including photographs of the child victim.

“Tim knew what he was doing was wrong and repeatedly asked us to shoot him,” the detective’s report says.

The charging document says additional charges likely will be filed after all the digital evidence is forensically examined. The document says Weaver has one misdemeanor conviction on record for issuing a bad check.

The state requested bail in this case be set at $500,000.
