After the tragic shooting at one Texas church Sunday afternoon, many Tennesseans are offering words of encouragement to those who are dealing with grief, loss and shock.
The shooting left 26 people dead, and several are still in the hospital being treated for their injuries.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott says they're mourning the loss of life at the church.
"There are so many families that have lost family members," Abbott said. "The tragedy is worsened that it happened in a church, a place of worship."
Many Tennessee leaders have sent out their words of support to the state of Texas.
