Small Business Saturday event in Maryville

Maryville preparing to host shoppers for Small Business Saturday event.

Small business Saturday is an annual holiday shopping tradition to celebrate and support small businesses and all they do for their communities.

For the 2nd year Downtown Maryville will be celebrating Small Business Saturday by hosting a Holiday Market place filled with local business and local/regional makers.

The event is organized by Kate Kilgore who owns Shriver’s Boutique.

Downtown Businesses will fill their space with makers and crafters with all kinds of quality unique pieces.This will be a great opportunity to purchase gifts for the holidays as well as support the community.

Businesses hosting craft vendors include:

Hook and Needle - 10% off your entire purchase plus 10% extra on gift certificate purchases. $50=$55 and $100=$110. Hosts knitting classes which are free with the purchase of yarn needed for the for the project.

Neighborhood Barre (inside Preservation Plaza),

Roost Home - 20% off all Christmas inventory

A clever home furnishings store with a distinct designer vibe owned by Maryville local Paula Osborn ...they have a wonderful mix of clever gifts as well.
