A school bus has crashed in Blount County, Assistant Director of Schools Mike Crabtree said Wednesday afternoon.
The crash happened in the 7300 block of Happy Valley Road at Bell Branch Road shortly after 4 p.m.
Dispatchers said there were not any children on the bus, and the driver was the only person on the bus at the time of the crash.
Blount County schools said the bus driver has minor injuries.
The Blount County Sheriff's Office, Blount County Fire Department and AMR ambulances responded to the scene.
