Jeff Bagwell with Rural Metro Fire said one person was seriously hurt after a structure fire Sunday night.
Bagwell said the person is the property owner and was transported to UT Medical to treat potentially life-threatening injuries, suffering significant burn injuries. At around 5 p.m. Monday, Bagwell said the victim is in serious but stable condition.
The fire happened off of East Woodshire Drive near Bluegrass Road.
Four crews were at the scene.
There is no suspicion of foul play.
