NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Monday evening, a man reported his vehicle being stolen while he was inside a gas station buying sodas.

According to a North Little Rock police report, the man was at a Shell Station at 2522 Hwy 161 when he said he saw his 2014 Dodge Ram being driven off. He told police that he exited the store and fired five shots from his Smith and Wesson .38 special towards the truck, hitting the back windshield.

The man described the individual as being dressed in all red and standing between 5'6" and 5'8". He is thought to be between 18 and 20 years of age with hair styled in a short twist.
