A man is recovering in the hospital after he was shot in the leg early New Year's morning at Club Levels in Knoxville.
The Knoxville Police Department said a man had to be taken to the UT Medical Center with injuries that did not appear to be life threatening.
Police responded to a call of a shooting at the club off Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue around 2:30 a.m. on New Year's Day. Police believe the victim and suspect knew each other and got into an argument before the shooting happened.
