Lane closures set to begin on the Spur between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were postponed last week due to the rain.
The closures will resume on Tuesday, Sept. 4 through Thursday, Sept. 6.
According to officials in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, single-lane closures will affect both sides of the road from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Thursday.
The road will remain open, but drivers should expect delays.
