Applewood Farmhouse Meatloaf

2 1/2 POUNDS Ground beef
T tBS. granulated garlic
1/2 TBS salt
1 TSP. black pepper
1 1/2 CUPS bread crumbs
2 tBS. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 CUP ketchup
1 CUP small diced onion
1/4 packet of ranch dressing
4 eggs

1. In mixer bowl with paddle attachment, add all ingredients.
2. Mix on low speed just until combined….DO NOT OVERMIX!!!
3. Mix approximately for 1-2 min.
4. Portion into meatloaf forms and bake on 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour…CHECK Internal temp-- should be 155 degrees.
